Introduction to the press and media relations
Antrim Group, a non-profit organization developing alternative vehicle and resource concepts, created the first operating hybrid-powered car in Hungary, the SOLO. The project was funded by the National Office for Research and Technology.
LWp Kommunikáció conducted the press relations activities of the prototype demo of SOLO. Besides developing the concept of the event, the agency’s tasks included the communications preparation of the event and executing the press conference. In order to reach different segments of media, we introduced all the possible aspects of the project described above (health, environment, automotive industry, innovation, Hungarian development) and the development team behind the project.
We successfully introduced the topic to the key journalists of the local press, due to well-executed issue management and preparation. 30 domestic and foreign media and journalists from 50 news agencies participated at the press event. We collected more than 100 releases, the news was covered by the domestic press, as well as the foreign media.
